Call forward

Divert all calls	press ** 21 * phone number *# SEND
To cancel divert	press ##21# SEND
Check whether CALL FORWARDING for all calls is ON or OFF	press *#21# SEND
Call foward when the phone is busy	substitute 21 with 67
Call forward when phone out of coverage	substitute 21 with 62
Call forward when you don't answer within a certain time	press **61*phone number then *11* time # SEND
To cancel all diverts	press ##21# SEND

Call waiting

To switch on call waiting	press *43# SEND
To cancel	press #43# SEND
To check whether Call Waiting is ON or OFF	press *#43# SEND

Call hold
Call hold simply lets you put your first call on hold and you are then free to dial someone else or take another call. To use call hold:

To put the first caller on hold	press 2 SEND
To make the second call	press phone number and SEND
To switch between the two calls	press 2 and SEND
To end the current call and return to the other caller	press 1 SEND
To end both of the calls	press END

When you are using Call Hold, the two callers will only be able to speak to and hear you, not each other.
